Normally, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I do understand that from time to time packages arrive to their destination damaged.
If any product arrives to the customer damaged, the customer must email me (Becca) a picture of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order. The damaged product will then be replaced.
Shipping
Items that are posted will be ready to ship within 3-4 business days. Sooner in some cases.
An email will be sent to the customer when the order is received and one letting you know that your order has been shipped.
All shipping will be done in the most economical way possible unless otherwise stated in convo between buyer and seller.
Any items that are sent USPS will not be insured and will not have a tacking number unless otherwise stated by customer in a convo between buyer and seller.
We are not responsible for lost packages.
When considering the shipping method please keep in mind of your location. Some items will take longer to receive depending on the location the items are being shipped to.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and where the item(s) are being shipped to.
All shipping costs are estimated. Any over payment in shipping costs will be refunded.
As of right now we are only shipping within the United States.
