Processing Time:
Each order is handmade with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships. (Custom or large orders may require additional time; if so, you'll be notified by email.) Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking #, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.
Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. I do NOT ship Internationally at this time.
Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order is in the carrier's hands.
Order Tracking:
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

At Down Home Country Goods, each item is handmade with care. Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
